Suggest Cause And Remedy For Breast Pain

Three weeks ago I started on 50mg two times a day to help with fatigue and brain fog. Since starting I have developed a lot of breast pain for the last two weeks. I am not pregnant and I use a mirena iud so I don't normally have a period or menstrual symptoms much. I have had breast pain like this before could it possibly because of the nuvigil. I also take a number of other medications for Ehlors Danlose Syndrome and Dysautonomia POTS. Any chance there is a an interaction causing this?
