Suggest Cause And Remedy For Bruise Like Marks On The Shins

I am a 63 yr. old female. I have naropathy. I do not have diabetes, or any other cause. The doctor is doing one last urine test to rule out bone cancer. I have bruise-like marks on my shins but he said it is not from this or high blood pressure. He said to go to a dermataligist... I feel confused because I feel like I have been poked and tested out and don't seem to know much more than when I started going to the doctors 9 months ago.
