I experience a man with a growth hanging off his buttox. it looks like a cord hanging down but then there was another growth curled up into a circular mass. I was in shock. I thought it was an extra penis hanging from the back because when he walks it look like a string was hanging from the back. If this is an abnormal growth, why wouln't this man have it surgically removed.
