Suggest Cause And Remedy For Discharge In Stool

I am pregnant with my second child. I have been having discharge for long time. 3weeks ago i went to GP and took some sample. The result came back normal. 1 week ago i had brown and pink discharge. i went to hospital. I has scan. I was told nothing to worry about, unless it is itching, burning, or i am bleeding. Yesterday and this morning i discovered discharge in my pooh. Is that possible? Is that normal? Do i have to go to GP again? Does it mean i have infection? Please answer me! I get mad!
