Suggest Cause And Remedy For Sharp Headaches

I got into a car accident 3 years ago, and the car was totaled. From that car accident I got a piece of steel in my head, not in my brain, just above it. Now I get very sharp headaches, it feels like my heads sqeezing together. Do you think its from the steel ?
