Suggest Cause For Hives

What could be causing hives?I starting getting hives yesterday and took a Benadryl at night, hives returned this afternoon.Nothing that I have eaten has changed.I'm not allergic to anything that I know of I started using Colgate whitening Pen 3 days ago these are the ingredients Dimethicone , Paraffinum Liquidum , PVP , Trimethylsiloxysilicate/Dimethiconol Crosspolymer , Hydrogen Peroxide,Polyethylene,Flavor,Sodium Saccharin

Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, it seems that your symptoms are due to allergic reaction. It can be due to any component of even a toothpaste(which you have recently started).

I would suggest that you should stop the toothpaste and consult your dentist for substitute.

You can take an antihistamine like Fexofenadine 180 mg once a day.
A clinical evaluation by your doctor will help in planning further medical management.
