Suggest Complications Involved In Pregnancy Without Uterus

Hi im preganat without a uterus but i still have my ovaries and my tubes. I need somebody to help me asap. I had a ultra sound done back in january and i had seen a baby and i put the ultra sounds up on my fb so i can show a doctor when they need to see it. Cann you please help
