Suggest Consequences With Dead Tissues In Breast

6 months a go I had a needle biopsy and it came back that I had dead breast tissue, I received a letter and they have scheduled me for a follow up ultrasound, I found this a little scarey considering the doctor told me he would see me in one year for my mamogram. Should I be concerned?
