Suggest Correct Dosage Of Estroven Weight Management Tablets

I am looking at Estroven weight management and was wondering if the dosage is too high to take. The box states 198 mg per tablet that consists of an herbal weight blend: black cohosh root standardized extract, soy isoflavones and Synetrim CQ stem and leaf extracts. The box does not break it down further.
