Suggest Correction For A Broken Nose

hi i met with an accident and lost my upper lip 70% due to which my nose is droopy, and then my lip is formed with surgeries and my nose has been corrected with implants, but still the nostrils are not in shape or the edges of the nose are in correct position, Dr. says there is not of scarring inside the nose, and I know that it is there because the lip was formed with abbey flap, by taking a tissue part from my lower lip and formed the upper lip bridge, so can my nose be corrected still can it look normal as before, I have my previous snaps, so is there any possibility to make my nose look like before or can the current nose be corrected to look more good than now?
