Suggest Corrective Surgeries For Hereditary Hearing Loss

what are recent corrective surgeries for hereditary hearing loss patients. My fathers side of family has a history of this and starts showing up in 30's with the lack of hearing with background noise. I am dreading going down this road in the near future.
