Suggest Cream For Dark Skin On Hand And Feet

dr,i have dark skin..i use many skin loghtening creams..but der's no result.my hand and feet is so dark not beautiful...but my face is not bad...but i want to whiten my hand and feet...what to do?my friend suugest skin lite is good...is this a good cream?
