Suggest Cream For Pigmentation On Face And Dark Circles

hi.i am 23, height 5'3", weight 55.i have dark skin on my feet with some marks.which cream can i use to lighten them. also are lomela lite cream and melacare good and can they be used regularly? i have pigmentation on the face.alsoi have dark circles. please suggest me some good beneficial ointments. thanks.
