Suggest Cream For Scratches Around Anus

Hi, I am a 19 year old female and i have scratches around my butt hole because i was itching. they are really pink and in order to heal them i have been appling neosporin on it and it doesnt seem to be working well. I was wondering if there is a specific type of cream i should be using , because i dont want it to get infected or worse.
