Suggest Cream For Skin Rashes Post Swimming

hi....Rashes (small red dot like) have developed on skin due to swimming. although after stopping swimming, these rashes have not gone. Itching has caused it to spread in adjoining areas. Avil or CZ3 are ineffective (taken to rule out any allergies). Please suggest.
