Suggest Creams For Itchy Rashes On Back

I have a pimple-like rash that started on my lower back and has moved up my entire back, down my arms and to my chest. I have been treated with hydrocortisone cream with no help. I have also used cephalexin and that has no helped. The rash is not itchy.
