Suggest Cure For A Cut On The Foreskin

Dear Sir,



Myself Suvendu Panda, working with an MNC. I am married since 2nd Dec 2007 and I have a son of 7 months old. Recently I found a scratch in the thin in penis foreskin, just below the pierce hole(May be known as frenulum). Not sure exactly how this happened, may be during intercourse this happened. It seems the scratch is heeled, but during/after intercourse it is hurting for few days. Kindly let me know should I see a doctor immediately or this will heal automatically.



From few days I am also feeling decrease in sex ability. Decrease in instant erection in seeing anything that kind. Also some times early ejaculation happening. Earlier I used to have sex 2-3 times a week. But now I am not exited to have even once. Is that any desease.
