Suggest Cure For A Rash On The Forearm

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...i have a rash on my forearm and the top of my hands it is very red and painful like sunburn but I have NOT been in the sun nor could it been wind burn, I have not been out in the elements for days. Could you please tell me what could be causing this?
