Suggest Cure For A Red Rash On The Breasts

I have a red rash like area on my areola and it's on both breats but more so on my left breast. There is no discharge or oozing of fluids, just red and irritated. I also have a little rash on the inner part of both breats but this isn't the same as on the areola. I also have some itiness on my chest area. Could this all be related? I've been under a lot of stress lately!
