Suggest Cure For A Skin Rash

My sister had chicken pox when she was 8 years old. She kept scraching one of the blisters on her shoulder. It turned to a small redish raised spot and it has grown to a 3 by 7 inch growth coming down her arm. She is 48 years old. I appreciate any comments or guidence. My email is YYYY@YYYY
