Suggest Cure For Abnormal Hair Growth

yes i am a 21 year old female and i am having an abnormal hair growth problem..like peach fuzz hair though not terminal hair, but its long and it is gradually growing all over body in places where it shouldnt be..i noticed it started like 7 months ago after i developed an under the skin cyst near my temple. i do not fit as a PCOS Person, please help!
