Suggest Cure For Acne Scars

Hi, I have an appointment with my doctor next week, not a dermatologist(I have medicaid so can't do to dermatologist), the thing I wanted to ask is there any good prescriptions I can ask about for acne scars? I want to get fraxel laser, and just don't have the money for it right now.
