Suggest Cure For An Infection In The Ear

For years I have had a sensitive to cold air in my ear. I have had many doctors look into my ear and said there is nothing wrong. I also have itching in the same ear during the cold weather time. I know that I need to make sure my ears need to be covered when I go out side, but I don't feel this is normal. Could this problem be from being very abused as a child?
