Suggest Cure For An Infection On The Foreskin

Hello, while on Augmentin for an ear infection, I noticed that my foreskin started getting red after a few days and whenever it was stretched or pulled back, little tears would appear. They heal after a few days (of discomfort). I have been off the med now for over a month but the condition has not improved. I did a culture and saw only Enterococcus species. Do I need to see a urologist? I doubt it is an std as I have not been sexually active for over a year and I'm thinking that my normal fora should have developed as it has been over a month since I stopped the augmentin.
