Suggest Cure For An Infection On The Penis

i have a small amount of peeling around the head of my penis and something like a scab on it. There is also a few small red bumps on the shaft. I have been sexually active with at least three different girls in the past two weeks. Is this just an irritation rash or should I be more concerned.
