Suggest Cure For An Infection On The Penis

Hi, I'm 14 and I was just able to pull the foreskin of my penis all the way back. I then noticed there was a slight ditch under the head of my penis it had a little bit of white stuff. Also on the right lower hand side of the head of my penis there was a lighter colour of skin. Is there anything wrong?
