Suggest Cure For An Infection On The Penis

Hi, im 15 and i have never had sex or come in contact with a girl but the other day i got this lump just under the penis (about 1cm) skin and it was painfull and then when i came out the bath it "popped" and blood came out and it had a black top to it. can you tell me what this is???
