Suggest Cure For Crusty Sores On Scalp

I've had a crusty sore that won't go away on my scalp for eight years --hospital dermatologists couldn't find a cure.They dug out where it was and hair won't grow there now. They warned it might spread to another area of my head if they cut it out---and now --months later it did.Now there's a crusty sore on the side of my head that's the same size as the original.--I haven't been back to any doctor. There has to be a cure--I'm starting to panic a bit over it. If I get a haircut the sore will show.This infection has taking over my scalp. Is there some dermatologist specialists that have a cure for this?-I'm 46 now-about 145lbs and have sinuses only.
