Suggest Cure For Deep Cut In The Butt Crack

sir, my husband is having a deep cut in line of his buttocks which bleeds and is very itchy. because of which he is unable to sit and sleep. Can you please tell is it a kind of allergy because of sweat which keeps this place wet or it is a symptom of bavasir????
