Suggest Cure For Dermatitis

hello doctor since one and half years i m suffering from skin problem .....it started at the corner of lips and gradually it grew with its whiteness and extreme irritation..i took homepathic medicine and it cures much but in mean above of my eyes a round shape extending from eye brows and and under the eye started with extreme irritation....the doctor told me it is dermatitis .....but it has shown no cure permanently...pls help me
