Suggest Cure For Discomfort In The Ear

hi I am in thailand.last night my mobile telephone was switched on and the ringtone blasted my left ear.i couldnt hear anything at all for at least 20 to 30 seconds with a strong vibrating sound.it was terrifying.I went to the hospital and the emergency dooctor looked at my ear however it was quite quickly that they looked.she said there was no blood and it was ok?howevere today i still have pain .not to severe.i have appetite.but the ear feels still uncomfortable.i was readng somew horrible stories about people dying from this on the internet
can you please help me or suggest what i should do today
shopuld i get it checked again today?
