Suggest Cure For Extreme Body Odor

please, i need to know what doctor should i see for a extreme body odor, i take shower twice a day, i use antiperspirants i do probably everything more then everybody else just to cover my body odor but i can still smell it, and people around me smell it to i can see them sniffing
