Suggest Cure For Facial Shingles

six weeks into facial shingles. taking 75mg of lyrica twice daily and advil every four hours for pain relief seems to be working. my blisters are gone but my face is still tender from my ear to my chin. I have very lumpy, numb skin on my chin. Will this improve soon? also when can I come off the lyrica and how do I do it?
