Suggest Cure For Frenum Tear

i seem to have frenum tear. The first time I had one was almost two months ago, when i was having intercourse. I felt a large snap and a very strong pain at the base of my glans. When I had a look at it, blood was gushing all over. I abstained from any sexual activity for a couple of weeks although it hurt whenever I urinated. It felt like an electrical shock at the base of glans. I allowed it to heal naturally, didn't apply any medications or ointments to it, just tried to keep it clean and dry. Today, when I was having intercourse, it again snapped and on a closure inspection, it seems as the scar tissue which formed when it healed last time, is torn.

What are my options?
