Suggest Cure For Hair Fall Problem

Hi, I am 30 yrs old female, facing hair fall & thinning problem (specifically in the front). Earlier my hair used to be thick & shiny. My hair is still shiny but it has lost its thickness. I have tried many herbal shampoos but nothing has helped. I have got my thyroid checked too, the report says it is normal. Kindly help.
