Suggest Cure For Headache

hi my son had spinal tap 2 days ago. the first he was fine just sore back. 2nd day yesterday we went out in our car. this gave him severe headache when sitting up and he started throwing up. we contaced neurologist and he not worried about neasea. today he gets headacke everytime he stands is very weak. Is responding a little to tylenol and laying flat helps a lot. His appatite isnt great either just eating a little soup. it is weekend and original neurosurgean it difficult to contact. Should we take him to hospital or waite it out a little longer?
