Suggest Cure For Infection Caused By Wearing Fake Earrings

I have infected wound because of wearing fake earrings. I used to clean this with betadine,hydrogen peroxide and alcohol but i observe everytime i clean my ears i produces liquid and after a day i notice it have pus. im worried about that it takes a month ago and yet it still infected. Can you pls advice me?help me pls.
