Suggest Cure For Infection In My Penis

I seem to have an infection of my penis. It started out with itching around the head of my penis, i noticed some whitish discharge along with some white follicle around the head of my penis. also i think the head of my penis is a little swollen. i am uncircumsized and also experience pain in the retraction of my foreskin. can u please suggest some ointment to see to my probelm??
