Suggest Cure For Infection In The Ear

I am experiencing a feeling of sores in my ears and my right ear is faint of hearing like something is in my ear I had this last year went to the doctor, had an exam but all was well. The doctor cleaned my ears with peroxide it is troubling I cleaned with peroxide but nothing came out it feels like a black head is in my ear.
