Suggest Cure For Infection In The Joints Of The Legs & Penis

At the joints of legs & penis, i were having fungas since 15 years, Nowdays, i am in West african country & getting too much irritation at that place. So i used dettol before bath

Now after 1/2 hour, that whole p[lace is like burning & i can't control myself. Please help
