Suggest Cure For Infection On The Penis & Below Testicles

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...Hi Im 31 yrs man, never had sex n unmarried. The area below my testicles are having red scars - like scratches and the adjoining area around legs turns whitish liquid like fluids. I wash my penis everyday with soap but anytime it giving a very bad odour an untolerable smell and penis have turned dry and itchy. Please can u advice me ???
