Suggest Cure For Infection On The Penis

hello, a few days ago i notice little looking like pimple in my penis. they are kind of pearl/water ball looking when i try to pop them they popped normal like water balls. i had a recent cut from my girlfriend when i was receiving oral sex about a week ago and the cut is there i have a scab and everything. i was so afraid of this balls i tried shaving them off and so now they have scabs like the cut too. i am so afraid and worried please help!!!!
