Suggest Cure For Infection On The Penis

i have a problem. i have these lines on the underside of my penis head that look identical to scabs. there is one on each side. They dont hurt, arent raised and dont itch. They look just like scabs or even ringworm. they wont come off so i know they arent scabs please help.
