Suggest Cure For Itching And Soreness In Ears

My ears keeps getting itchy. Behind my ear lobes I feel dried skin then when I scratch it off , it starts to bleed with puss everywhere. What should I do? I've been to the doctors and they keep giving me the same cream even when I tell them it doesn't work.
