Suggest Cure For Itching In The Area Between Legs And Near Penis

Abdul Azeez,from Saudi Arabia dear Sir, I am a 35 age old man. I have itching between my leg and near the penis. also two ear and neck. it has happened almost 4 month ago. I have consulted doctor many time and drink some medicine, also I still I am using some ointment 2/3 time daily in infested area. But if i use the medicine and ointment continuously one or two months all the infection and itching will clear. but after one week it will come again more than from past. what I have to do. hoe I can escape from this issue... please give me some most better treatment advice or name of medicine
