Suggest Cure For Itchy Bumps

I have been using a new mask for my cpap. Resmed Mirage LX. I think I am having an allergic reaction to something in the strap content ( I have tried to find the fabric content but unsuccessful) I have whelps and itching bumps every where the strap has touched...and it is getting worse, even though I have quit using the strap.
