Suggest Cure For Itchy Rash On The Wrist

Hi i get an itchy rash that feels like pins and needles and looks like chicken pox(pusy) its confined to my left wrist & left lower palm of my hand, its reoccured 4times in the same place in the last two months and just as its leaving it seems to flare up again, if i rest my hand flat down it feels like nails pushing into it, i only get a minimum of 4 of these spots and a maximum of 8 so far.please help
