Suggest Cure For Itchy Skin Rash

Growing rash. First on back and shoulders, now starting on upper legs. Small fairly evenly places bumps that are not particularly red, almost same color as skin. Now beginning to itch. First noticed issue by touch. Started about 3 days ago.
