Suggest Cure For Little Hives All Over My Face,redness,inflammation,blotchiness And Itching

I woke up with what looks like little hives all over my face, my face is red and inflammed and blotchy and only my chin is itchy... What do you think it maybe and how can I get rid of it? I applied a cold compress and it feels better for now but I don't know if that is enough
