Suggest Cure For Lump In The Throat Causing Difficulty In Swallowing

age:20 height: 5,5 weight: 9st Problem: last night my gland was up on one side and now it hurts so much on that side everytime to swallow, it feels like im getting stabbed in the neck everytime i swallow, i have looked at the back of my throat and it appears to bulge out and has little black circles on it as well as stripes of white? how can i get this to go as quickly as possible? and to numb the pain? i have tried throat spray. thank you
